Umaibo – Shrimp and Mayonnaise

Umaibo literally means ‘delicious stick’ which is exactly what this is! These puffed corn snacks are super light and if clouds were different flavours of food, this is what they would taste like. Who knew shrimp and mayonnaise could be replicated in such a way.
