Bakauke – Yokai Watch

Bakauke is a senbei (rice snack) cracker shaped a bit like a flat banana, and originate from the Niigata Prefecture on the island of Honshu. These Yokai Watch inspired ones have a mentai (marinated pollock roe) flavour, Yum Yum!
